Top conference centre with over 200 rooms in Northamptonshire requires a strongly experienced Human Resources Manager with at least 2 years HR experience in a hotel or retail background. You will propose and lead HR initiatives and interventions to enable the centre to develop its team in order to achieve its business objectives. You will need good skills in recruitment, have knowledge of staff development, employment law and be able to design and implement recruitment campaigns.
